74 units, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options

In 1998, the SU Foundation purchased College Park at the request of Shippensburg University to clean up the property, bring it up to quality living standards, and to curb behavior unbecoming a property located adjacent to campus. In 2010, the SU Foundation embarked on a $1.5 million, two-year renovation project including new kitchens, bathrooms, carpet, paint, lighting, and more.

Stone Ridge Commons

Located next to SU’s Seth Grove Stadium and Heiges Field House

61 unit high-rise apartment building, 1, 2, and 4 bedroom options

In 1998, the SU Foundation built Stone Ridge Commons at the request of the University. For over 15 years, Stone Ridge was leased to the University for upper class or graduate student housing. In the 2017-2018 academic year, the SU Foundation began leasing Stone Ridge Commons directly to students.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO THE SAFETY OF OUR STUDENT RESIDENTS.

Our off-campus housing communities are well lit, and have security cameras throughout the property. For major events like Homecoming the SU Foundation hires extra security to make sure our tenants can safely enjoy the homecoming weekend. In addition, our maintenance staff is on-call 24/7 to provide the highest quality of services during emergencies.

WE CARE ABOUT STUDENTS.

Students are our main priority – From providing quality off-campus housing options that are close to campus, to providing jobs for students through the Annual Fund Phonathon, to securing gifts from alumni and friends so that we can provide over two million dollars in scholarships every year to SU Students. We also provide funding for important programs like the Joint Undergraduate Student Faculty Research Program that give Ship graduates an edge when applying for professional careers, graduate school, and medical school.
