Many of our residents are making their housing decisions with the help of their parents or guardians. Here is some helpful information about our properties and leasing options that we hope you will find useful in choosing off-campus housing.

All-Inclusive Individual Leases
Leasing at The Commons is easy, we offer all-inclusive rates and individual leases. Included in the rate is electric, water, sewer, trash, cable, and internet. Having an individual lease means that our residents are responsible for their bedroom and the common areas, not the entire apartment. Each bedroom is individually locked to assure that each resident has privacy. The Commons also offers the option of a nine-month or twelve-month lease.

Furniture Options
The Commons offers a variety of furniture options. At College Park Commons, you are free to bring your own furniture, or for just $50 a month, residents can lease furniture, including a bed, dresser, and desk and chair for each resident, living room furniture and dining room table and chairs. At Stone Ridge Commons, furniture is included in the rate. All properties include major kitchen appliances. The Commons offers free summer storage for residents keeping the same apartment from year to year.
RESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT and 24 hour emergency maintenance
The Commons has its own maintenance staff responsible for keeping apartments and grounds in ship shape. Our staff is on-call 24/7 for any housing-related emergencies.
Roommate Matching
The Commons offers roommate matching for students who need help finding a roommate.
Affordable rates and floor plans
The Commons offers two styles of residential housing; high-rise apartments, and garden-style apartments. College Park and Stone Ridge offer a variety of floor plans for one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments.
Laundry
College Park and Stone Ridge Commons offer very clean and well-lit laundry facilities on-site.
Off-Street Parking
The Commons offers off-street parking.
Safety
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide a safe and enjoyable living experience for our residents, there are security cameras and outdoor lighting at College Park and Stone Ridge Commons. Smoke detectors are installed in every apartment. Stone Ridge Commons offers a central fire alarm and sprinkler system; College Park Commons offers hard-wired smoke detectors.
